O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the petitioner's son, namely, Saravanamani, aged about 20 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenu appeared before this Court along with one Jeni Basan, who is the daughter of the fourth respondent, through Video Conferencing from the Public Prosecutor Office. On enquiry, the detenu would state that he married the said Jeni Basan at TELC Church at Periyar on 22.10.2020 and thereafter, they are living together. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.305 of 2021 3.In the light of the above statement of the detenu, we find no merit in the habeas corpus petition and hence, the same is dismissed. No costs.
