ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate in Crime No.177 of 2013 pending on the file of the 4th respondent. 2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report will be filed within a period of four months.

4.In view of the above submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the 4th respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
