This petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a suitable direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court of Aruppukottai for speedy disposal of the case in Cr.M.P.No.7452 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court of Aruppukottai to dispose the case within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.
2.It is stated that the petitioner had earlier filed a petition in M.C.No.21 of 2014 under Section 12 of Protection of Woman from Domestic Violence Act. It is further stated that the proceeding, which was initiated in M.C.No.21 of 2014 was allowed in favour of the petitioner by an order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, dated 09.09.2014. Since the order of the Court is not complied with, it appears that the petitioner has filed a petition in Cr.M.P.No.7452 of 2014 under Section 31 of the Protection of Woman from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, to take action for the non-compliance of the direction of Court, regarding the petitioner's protection. Though it is stated that the petitioner filed a petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, it is yet to be disposed of. 3.
Even though notice was issued to the respondent, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent today. Even if the learned counsel for the respondent appear before this Court, he may not have any serious objection with regard to the direction being granted for early disposal of the case pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai.
