Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition No. 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No. 253/2026, dated 08.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai daily at 10.30 am and before the respondent Police daily at 5.30 pm until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
