Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.S.RAMAKRISHNA DASS, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI,Govt.Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly without fail.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
