ORDER

The petitioner is said to have filed a revision against the order passed by the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai District. The said revision has been admitted by the first respondent and is pending from the year 2016 and so far, no order has been passed. In the above circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.Considering the fact that the revision is pending from the year 2016, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the revision filed by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the rival parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
