ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.8686 of 2025 dated 07.01.2023 in Crl.A(MD) No. 648 of 2025 in Crime No.595 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without fail.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed on the directing to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Criminal appeal.
