[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, vide Judgment dated 14.11.2024 in S.C.No.588 of 2021 ,the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. This the second application for suspension of sentence and the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 08..12.2025 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition for suspension of sentence.

4. Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
