ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that pursuant to the investigation in the impugned FIR, a final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shencottai and the same is yet to be taken on file.

2. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
