2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15094 of 2025 dated 10.11.2025 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in two moths ie., on first day of the month at 10.30 am until further orders and he shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
