2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent No.1 laid the charge sheet on 02.02.2014 before the concerned Magistrate and the same was taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.1680 of 2017. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed.
