ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.27 of 2014 dated 14.02.2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the matter has been referred to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Aruppukkottai and the Revenue Divisional Officer has filed his report stating that Section 145 of IPC does not arise in this matter. Hence, this petition may be dismissed as nothing survives.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as nothing survives for adjudication. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
