No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.16722 of 2015 dated 19.11.2015. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 19.11.2015 made in M.P.(MD) No. 1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16722 of 2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
