ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent by directing him not to interfere in the land dispute in Sy.No.35, Ward-D, Melur Taluk, Madurai District between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petitioner stands closed.
