This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor / 2nd respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19908 of 2023, dated 07.11.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was filed on 04.03.2024 before the concerned Court, as mistake of fact.

3. Let the report be served upon the petitioner, so that he can workout appropriate remedy.

4. With the above said liberty, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
