This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission for conducting the Dance Programme (Aadal Padal) on 13.02.2018 and to conduct Chinna Karuppu Periya Karuppu Drama on 14.02.2018 in the eve of Masimaha Sivarathiri to Arulmigu Sri Perumarathu Muniyappa Swamy Temple situated at T.Vallakulam, Punavasal Post, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2018. 2.Heard, Mr.D.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that already permission has been granted and he has also filed copy of the said order.
