O R D E R
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to give police protection to comply the order passed in E.A.No.1 of 2025 in E.P.No.2 of 2017 dated 28.01.2025 on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, he already got decree in his favour and filed an execution application E.A.No.1 of 2025 in E.P.No.2 of 2017 and the same was also ordered. While the petitioner was attempted to execute the decree, the 4th respondent caused objection and thereby, he sought for police protection. The police also went along with petitioner to execute the court order, but on that date, the 4th respondent attempted to commit suicide and thereby unable to give protection. Thereafter, he sent a representation dated 05.02.2025 before the 3rd respondent and the same has not been considered. Therefore, he filed this petition to consider the Page No. 2 of 5
representation dated 05.02.2025.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no. 1 to 3 would submit that already the petitioner got decree in his favour and the respondent police also went to the disputed property. At that time, the 4th respondent attempted to commit suicide and thereafter, due to some administrative reasons, the additional police force deployed to other places, hence they unable to execute the order on that date. Thereafter, they have received the representation dated 05.02.2025 and they will consider the representation of the petitioner and will dispose the same within one week.
4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court without issuing notice to the 4th respondent inclined to pass orders.
5. Since already they have received the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2025 and the same is not disputed by the 3rd respondent and they have also assured to dispose the representation, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to dispose the representation of the Page No. 3 of 5
petitioner within a week from the date of this order.
6. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is ordered. No costs.
