ORDER

The petitioner said to have filed an appeal dated 09.12.2017 before the first respondent against the order passed by the second respondent / District Registrar and the same is pending. So far, no order has been passed, hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the fact that the appeal is pending with the first respondent, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
