PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents Nos.1 to 3 to take necessary action against the 6th Respondent under section 4 of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2023 within the time period stipulated by this Court.

submit that after completing the investigation, the concerned respondent police has filed the final report before the Special Court, Dindigul and the case was taken on file in S.S.C.No.21 of 2023.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is still aggrieved the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 31.03.2023 NCC :
