Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give the patta with regard to grama natham Survey No.947/1 situated at S.Paraipatti Village, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2017.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, she is in possession and enjoyment of the land in grama natham Survey No.947/1 situated at S.Paraipatti Village, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District for more than 40 years and she made an application dated 07.08.2017 before the first respondent to issue patta in her favour. But, so far, no order has been passed on the application of the petitioner, hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the fact that the application is filed on 07.08.2017, the first respondent is directed to consider the application filed by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
