Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2017 with regard to reinstating the petitioner into service as a Salesman in the third respondent Society and consequently to pay all the monetary benefits including back wages, other attendant benefits.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner was employed in the third respondent/Society. He was dismissed from service. Questioning the same, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent. The first respondent is yet to pass orders on the petitioner's appeal. Therefore, this Writ Petition has been filed. 4.The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today.
