ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.I have no doubt whatsoever in my mind that the Investigation Officer who filed the final report in violation of the interim order passed by this Court had committed contempt. Since unconditional apology has been offered and since the criminal proceedings itself has been quashed, I do not deem it fit and appropriate to proceed further in the matter. The contempt petition stands closed.
