ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation Cr.No.27 of 2021 pending on the file of the second respondent police to the third respondent and direct him to nominate an efficient and honest officer with high integrity to conduct investigation in accordance with law.
2.This case was filed on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, for the offence of theft of jewellery from a temple. As per the prosecution, 15 witnesses were examined so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3471 of 2022 3.In view of the above, the Deputy Superintendant of Police of the concerned jurisdiction is directed to supervise the matter and conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file the final report before the concerned Court.
