2. Mr.K. Arunraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that 1/3

due to financial crisis the petitioner could not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended till 14.03.2025 to comply the order, dated 03.01.2025 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22995 of 2024.
