Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pay the terminal benefits amount payable to the petitioner including balance amount of Commuted Value of Pension, Difference in Gratuity and Unavalied Medical Leave Salary in terms of 12(3) Settlement dated 13.02.1999 G.O.(Nilai) No.220 dated 06.08.1999 Transport Department and also G.O.No.147 dated 03.05.2013, Finance (Pension) Department, dated 09.04.2014 together with 18% interest and all other attendant benefits to him within the stipulated time. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The petitioner was employed in the respondent/Corporation. Though the other benefits payable to him have been settled, some more differential monetary benefits arising out of the settlement that was entered into between the workman and the management have to be settled.

4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the same would be disbursed, within a period of three months from today.
5.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing counsel for the respondents, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
