Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. Vide order dated 04.03.2020, I had directed the investigation officer to file final report in Crime No.298 of 2018. It is now brought to my notice by the learned Government Advocate that the accused in this case has filed quash petition and it is still pending. However, statement is made that final report has already been filed. Since it is in the nature of absconding charge sheet, it appears that the jurisdictional Magistrate is not taking the same on file.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
