Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent to implead the Brown Colour Eicher Van Bearing Registration No.TN-55-L-9577 and his owner Marimuthu, Son of Veerappan as an accused on the basis of the complaint dated 12.06.2008.

ORDER

This direction petition has been filed to direct the respondent to implead the Brown Colour Eicher Van Bearing Registration No.TN-55-L-9577 and his owner Marimuthu, Son of Veerappan as an accused on the basis of the complaint dated 12.06.2008.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already the case in crime No.212 of 2008 on the file of the 2nd respondent has been closed as Action Dropped on 31.10.2015. 3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
