2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. 23 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court, taking note of the overtact attributed to him. There is no change in circumstances.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
