Respondent Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pay the terminal benefits amount payable to the petitioner including Difference in Gratuity and Unavalied Medical Salary in accordance with G.O.No.264 dated 16.10.2015, Finance (pension) Department, together with 18% interest and all other attendant benefits to him within the stipulated time.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner was employed in the respondent/Corporation. Though the other benefits payable to him have been settled, some more differential monetary benefits arising out of the settlement that was entered into between the workman and the management have to be settled.

4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the same would be disbursed, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order copy. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing

counsel for the respondent, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
