ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 76 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.D.Farjana Ghousia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 5. 3.Mr.T.R.Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has objected for condoning the delay 4.However, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 76 days, however, on payment of costs.
