[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The review application has been instituted to review the order dated 05.12.2023 passed in W.P.(MD).No.25304 of 2018

2. The medical reimbursement claim of the respondent in the review petition was allowed by us.

3. We have considered the merits involved and after hearing the parties, passed orders on merits, even after considering the fact that the hospital in which the respondent took treatment was not included in the list of network hospitals. The said ground is again taken in the review application, which need not be entertained.

4. Since we find no error apparent on record, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
