PRAYER IN WP(MD) No.SR30597 of 2018:- To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or order or direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Ne.Mu.No.22847/2015/G5, dated 01.02.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to rectify the defects which was incorporated in the petitioner's property within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 253 days is condoned. This petition is allowed accordingly with cost of Rs.500/- to the credit of Legal services authority attached to this bench within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
