PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent to provide Police Protection to life and limb of the Petitioner for the purpose of constructing cement sheet shed on her land is situated at Madurai District, Usilampatti taluk, Vikkiramangalam village, Usilai road in old Survey No. 39/2A.ba Re-survey No.380/7ba in new survey No.380/7B comprising 979 square feet.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd respondent to provide Police Protection to life and limb of the Petitioner for the purpose of constructing cement sheet shed on her land is situated at Madurai District, Usilampatti taluk, Vikkiramangalam village, Usilai road in old Survey No. 39/2A.ba Resurvey No.380/7ba in new survey No.380/7B comprising 979 square feet.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent conducted enquiry after issuing summons to the petitioner and the third respondent and the same was closed on 12.02.2022.
