ORDER

All that the writ petitioner seeks is reception of application dated 22.06.2017 by the respondent and passing orders there on for grant of permit. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. It is for the respondent to take a decision as to grant or refusal or permit. 2.The respondent shall receive the petitioner's application dated 22.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders there on within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. No costs.
