RESPONDENT PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records vide No.Naka A1/7043/2017 and 12.01.2018 public reaction Notice was issued the Respondent to Quash same and to direct the respondent to follow the legal procedure for after the completion of construction work to fresh public action notice to participate for all the eligible person to be conduct the public action.

ORDER : This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support there of and upon hearing the Submitted of Mr.P.Santhoskumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.P.Mahendran, Standing counsel, for the respondent, this Court made the following Order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.) In compliance of the order of this Court, the Commissioner of Aranthangi Municipality has filed a status report and it would disclose that 32 shops and also a parking stand have been constructed and licences have been granted to the eligible allottees and they are running the shops and paying the amount promptly and also assured that if any default on terms and conditions / violations takes place, immediately necessary action will be taken against them in accordance with law.
