2. The order of the Assistant Engineer dated 30.01.2023 shows that the disconnection of the electricity service connection has been done, pursuant to the order of the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board, since it was found that the electricity service connection is being used by M/s Vishnu Engineering without clearance from the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board.

3. In view of the same, we do not deem it fit to entertain the writ petition filed by the petitioner who claims to be the owner since she is not in possession of the property and disconnection is pursuant to statutory requirements. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her right elsewhere. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
