CRL OP(MD). No.2524 of 2025 and 351(2) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The offences alleged against the petitioner are bailable in nature.

2. Hence, this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
