ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file the final report in Crime No.164 of 2023 within the time framed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the investigation is almost completed and six witnesses have been examined and they need some more time to file the final report. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 26.06.2024 NCC :
