This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.5 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the first respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that informing the offence under Section 498(A) I.P.C and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, charge sheet stands filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate, this Criminal Original Petition, shall stand dismissed. The Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to consider the charge sheet filed in the matter without any further delay. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
