ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records of FIR in Crime No. 795 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police Station and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the charge sheet on 25.08.2022 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet if so advised.
