ORDER

The petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2019 pending on the file of Sub Court, Paramakudi has filed the present revision petition for expeditious disposal of the said petition.

2. A perusal of B-Diary extract reveals that the petitioner side evidence was closed on 22.01.2025 and the same was adjourned to 30.01.2025 for the evidence on the side of the respondent. In the meanwhile, an application has been filed under Order XVIII Rule 17 of Code of Civil Procedure by the respondent to reopen the evidence from the side of the petitioner. The matter has been adjourned to 20.02.2025 for letting in evidence. At this stage, the present revision petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2019.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner side evidence has been closed and it is posted for the evidence of the respondent, the Sub Court, Paramakudi is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2019 on or before 31.07.2025.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
