The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner is not present.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the writ petition itself has become infructuous. The contract in question was awarded in favour of one M/s.Kushi Advertising Ideas Private Limited, on 14.12.2017. The said contract is to expire by the end of April 2019. The respondents have also filed a detailed counter affidavit indicating these developments. The writ petition itself was filed in June 2018.
