Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.865/17/A1 dated 03.01.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to delete the name of the father of the 5th respondent from patta No.2043, S.No.663/3B, R.Kombai Village, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court For Petitioner : Mr.A.Kannan For R1 to R4 : Mr.Aayiram K.Selva Kumar, Additional Government Pleader

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 03.01.2018 passed by the third respondent / Sub-Collector. 2.Against the order passed by the third respondent, a revision is provided before the second respondent / District Revenue Officer. Without availing the remedy, the petitioner cannot file the present Writ Petition. Hence, the petitioner is directed to file a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

revision before the second respondent, challenging the order passed by the third respondent, if he so advised. The Registry is directed to return the original impugned order passed by the third respondent to the petitioner.

3.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
