This direction petition has been filed to direct the charge of investigation pursuant to the case registered in Crime No.284/2014 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent herein.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State represented that the F.I.R, registered in Crime No.284 of 2014, after completing the investigation, was closed as mistake of fact on 07.10.2014. 3.Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
