The petitioner in D.V.O.P.No.4 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, is before this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the respondent who was ordered to pay maintenance did not comply with the same. In the meanwhile, D.V.O.P.No.4 of 2013 suffered a dismissal for default. To restore the same, Cr.M.P.No.11485 of 2018 was filed. The petitioner seeks disposal of the said miscellaneous petition.
