ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 20.12.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.1 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) of I.P.C and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
