This petition is filed to quash the charge sheet filed by the first respondent police in C.C.No.252 of 2013 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. 2.When the matter was posted for admission 08.09.2015, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took adjournment. Thereafter, the matter was not listed and the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner simply seeks adjournment. It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further. More over, the case is of the year 2014.Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose.

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
