This petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to issue a suitable direction, directing the 3rd respondent police to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.12.2014 and to register case as against the proposed accused persons within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble court.

It is an application seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 15.12.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.

side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed on 18.12.2015 and a copy of the closure report has also been sent to the petitioner through registered post with A.D Card and he has also produced a copy of the A.D card before this Court.

4. Since matter was closed by the Investigating Officer and the same was intimated to the petitioner, no further direction can be given in this petition.

5. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate action before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
