ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to give permission and adequate police protection to conduct Maasi Pongal Festival in Sri Sithi Vinayagar, Sri Devi, Sri Boodevi Smedha, Sri Nallendra Varadharaja Perumal, Sri Kamatchi Amman, Sri Sapthakannimar and Parivara Sagitha Moorthigal Temple on 21.02.2020, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 18.02.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

W.P.(MD)No.3438 of 2020 submit that there is a dispute between the petitioner and one Baluchamy with regard to the administration of the temple. She would further submit that the matter has been referred to the Thasildar, Manimangalam Taluk for conducting peace committee meeting and that based on the outcome/result of the peace committee meeting, appropriate action will be taken by the respondent police. 4.Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
