ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to Crime No. 517/2018, Dated 28.12.2023, on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the Special Court, Madurai and the case was taken on file in S.S.C.No.29 of 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed of as infructuous. If the petitioner is still aggrieved the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
